Returns, Refund and Exchanges
- Products that are on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
- In case the product is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a return or cancellation. We require a box opening video and photo to process the request.
- Some items, such as Made-to-Order products are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
- No exchange or return is available for Accessories.
Exchange Policy
- We do not provide refunds or returns on any product once sold. Exchanges are possible for a different size (subject to availability). If the desired size is not in stock, we will issue a credit note.
- To request an exchange for eligible products, please email us at care@sadke.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must ship the product back to us at their own expense. We do not offer a reverse pickup facility. Please take a receipt from the courier with their signature and contact details. Sadke.in will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
- The cost of return shipping is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail.
Exchange
- Exchanges can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all labels and tags intact in original packaging.
- Include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the required size.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
- Size exchanges are available, and the customer may be eligible for a larger or smaller size, minus shipping/COD costs.
- Store credit equal to the amount of the exchanged product (minus shipping/COD costs) will be issued with a validity of 30 days.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping to and fro for the product.
Order Cancellation
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by calling us or emailing us at care@sadke.in.
- The customer agrees not to dispute Sadke.in decision regarding the cancellation.
- In urgent cases, courier charges and bank transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Credit Note for Exchange
- If the desired size for an exchange is not available, a credit note will be emailed to you. This credit note is valid for 30 days and must be used in one go.
Partial Order Exchange
- You can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Note that some items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Garment Fit Issues
- If the product does not fit, please request a size exchange within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to assist with size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, a credit note will be offered.
Exchange/Return Refusal
- We strive to ensure a seamless transaction on our website. However, exchanges/returns are not accepted if the customer dislikes the material or color of the dress. We suggest reading the product description and viewing all images before ordering. You can also contact us for more product details.
- Our products are handmade, and slight variations in color, finish, and overall look are to be expected. Color differences of 10-12% due to screen resolution and camera lights are normal.
- Exchanges/returns are not accepted if the product is washed or worn.
- Purchases from the SALE section are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Right to Change
Sadke.in reserves the exclusive right to change these terms and conditions as needed. Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly before making a purchase, as no prior notice will be given before making changes.
