For COD orders, the courier will contact you prior to delivery. If you're unavailable, you can reschedule delivery or opt to pick up your order from the courier's designated location.

Delivery Timeframes:

Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 7-15 business days.

Made-to-order Products: Some items may require up to 25 business days for processing and delivery.

Delay Disclaimer:

We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or issues with the courier company's delivery process.

Shipping Notifications:

You will receive timely notifications via text message or email once your order is shipped, including tracking details.

Multiple Shipments:

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Estimated delivery times are approximate and subject to potential delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking:

Tracking details for domestic orders will be emailed immediately upon dispatch.

Cancellation Policy:

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Sadke.in reserves the right to cancel orders under specific circumstances, with notification to the customer.

Courier Delivery Terms:-All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery up to two additional times.

Operational Hours:

Orders are processed and packed during operational hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
